Job summary

Aurora Medical Group (AMG) in Wisconsin is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join the ambulatory care team. You will support providers, connect with patients, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience for every visit.

Key duties include delivering high-quality patient services, handling billing information at time of service, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
• Support providers, connect with patients, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience every day.
• Patient Services: Provides efficient, high-quality service to patients in person or by phone.
• Billing Services: Ensures entry of billing information at time of service with accurate follow-up.
• Medical Record Services: Upholds standards for accurate and timely medical records.
