American Health Imaging in Madison, AL is seeking an entry-level Patient Service Representative to support front desk operations on weekdays from 8am to 5pm. You will schedule diagnostic exams, verify authorizations, check patients in and out, and assist billing with accurate information.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years experience in medical office setting or hospital.
• Experience in authorizations and insurance verification preferred.
• Ability to handle heavy patient volume.
• Medical terminology knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures.
• Assist with authorizations and verifications.
