Responsibilities include supervising scheduling, training, timecards, and performance reviews, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume medical setting.

Qualifications

• 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office/Hospital/Healthcare Setting
• Experience in Authorizations and Insurance Verification Preferred
• Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
• Strong Customer Service and Computer Skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Medical Terminology Knowledge
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive, welcoming environment for patients, families, and visitors.
• Interview patients to obtain demographic and financial information, schedule and confirm appointments.
• Verify patient insurance and explain financial responsibility to patient or representative.
• Collect same-day payments.
• Train and onboard new team members and participate in recruiting and hiring processes.
• Lead regular staff meetings and conduct associate one-on-ones.
• Monitor and approve timecards and contribute to performance evaluations and development plans.
