Qualifications

• Experience with electronic health records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and complete registration for ambulatory outpatient visits.
• Collect patient demographics and insurance information.
• Verify patient liabilities and communicate scheduling questions with departments.
• Explain patient preparation requirements and transfer patients as needed.
