Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates appointments, including surgical procedures.
• Manages waitlists and adjusts appointment capacity.
• Confirms appointments and provides pre-procedure instructions.
• Tracks and validates patient records from outside organizations.
• Acts as primary liaison between patients, physicians, and staff.
• Processes payments and reconciles daily financials.
• Coordinates surgical cases, OR block time, and multidisciplinary care.
• Completes outreach for new patient visits.
