Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates appointments across departments and procedures.
• Manages waitlists and opens slots to optimize capacity.
• Confirms appointments and issues pre-procedure instructions.
• Validates and retrieves patient records from outside organizations.
• Acts as liaison between patients, physicians, and staff.
• Processes payments and reconciles daily financials.
• Coordinates surgical cases and OR block time with pre/post‑op care.
• Executes outreach for new patient visits and transfer of care scheduling.
