Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front desk healthcare experience required.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association required within 90 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Ensure provider schedules are populated and accurate.
• Answer telephones according to established protocols.
• Capture registration information prior to or during each visit.
• Assist providers and prepare patients for examinations.
• Perform patient intake and routine tests.
• Assist front office as needed and conduct patient calls.
• Complete paperwork assigned by the Provider.
