Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments and tests efficiently.
• Responds to all scheduling calls with timely resolutions.
• Ensures all authorizations and referrals are obtained and attached to appointments.
• Maintains primary scheduling templates and call coverage.
• Arranges for patients to receive financial counseling as needed.
• Protects patient confidentiality and follows front office policies.
