Job summary

Sovah Health in Danville, VA, is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, manage check-in/out, schedule appointments, and handle calls and messages. You will collect co-pays and verify insurance while maintaining accurate patient records.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior medical office experience and insurance familiarity preferred. The position is based at the Heart & Vascular Office with full-time weekday hours.

Sovah Health is a regional health care delivery system with 2 hospital campuses - Danville and Martinsville. Each facility has a 24/7 Emergency Room, Outpatient Imaging Center, and over 20 primary and specialty care physician clinics. Our Danville location is also a teaching hospital that trains medical students and physician residents specializing in family and internal medicine.

How You'll Contribute
