Responsibilities

• Performs front desk receptionist duties with accuracy and professionalism.
• Verifies health insurance information and educates patients on applicable regulations; collects payments.
• Enters service charges and diagnostic codes for physician and clinic charges.
• Coordinates with Central Billing Office to ensure charges are captured and collected.
