Job summary

The Smilist is seeking a reliable Patient Services Representative to join our growing remote team and help deliver excellent dental care in a warm, professional environment. You will answer high-volume calls, schedule and adjust appointments, handle new patient intake, and inform patients about services and memberships.

Requirements include at least 1 year of dental administration, experience with Dentrix, and knowledge of dental procedures; Spanish speaking is a plus.

• Proven experience - at least 1 year - in dental administration - REQUIRED!
• Experience with Dentrix is required
• Knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures
• Highly flexible, detail-oriented, reliable and trustworthy
• Spanish-speaking a plus

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full Time - Monday through Thursday and every Saturday - evening availability required
• Salary Range: $18.00-$21.00/hour
• Location: Remote
