MCRM Fertility is seeking a Patient Services Representative for our Tulsa, OK location. This part-time role supports the front desk, greets patients with warmth, processes payments, and manages calls to keep the clinic flowing smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings professional customer service experience, is comfortable in a healthcare setting, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. A high school diploma is required, with higher education preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting.
• Healthcare or clinical front desk experience is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly valued.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or ability to learn software quickly.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and clinic procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Collect service payments and reconcile daily transactions.
• Manage incoming calls and route to the right teams by urgency.
• Guide patients through clinic policies and assist with required forms.
• Verify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient charts.
• Log all interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flow.
• Handle filing, scanning, and faxing to support clinic operations.
• Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

This is a part-time position based at our Tulsa, OK location. We are looking for someone who brings professionalism to patient-facing work and understands that in a fertility clinic, warmth and composure are not just nice to have, they are part of the care.ScheduleThis position is part-time, about 29 hours per week, working 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Fridays.
