Job summary

MCRM Fertility in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Patient Services Representative for a part-time role at our Tulsa location. The successful candidate will greet patients warmly, manage front-desk duties, and support clinic operations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Collect service payments and reconcile daily transactions.
• Manage incoming calls and route them accurately to the right teams, prioritizing by urgency.
• Guide patients through clinic policies and assist with required forms.
• Verify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient charts.
• Log all interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flow.
• Handle filing, scanning, and faxing to support clinic operations.
• Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality.

The Role

The Patient Services Representative is the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, and that moment matters more than most. This is a part-time position based at our Tulsa, OK location. We are looking for someone who brings professionalism to patient-facing work and understands that in a fertility clinic, warmth and composure are not just nice to have, they are part of the care.

Schedule

This position is part-time, about 29 hours per week, working 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Fridays. No nights, no rotating shifts.
