Job summary

MCRM Fertility is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This full-time role supports patients and clinical staff from arrival through the visit, ensuring smooth flow and accurate records.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a medical office, phlebotomy skills, and current CPR/BLS certification. You will assist with procedures, manage supplies, and help maintain a friendly, efficient clinic environment.

If you bring a caring attitude, strong clinical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoYou’ll be an essential part of the care team, supporting patients and clinical staff from the moment patients arrive through every step of their visit.Manage patient flow from check in to patient care area.Answer phones and greet, check in, and direct patients and visitors.Check and document vital signs and escort patients to exam rooms.Assist physicians and nursing staff during clinical procedures.Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture/blood draws), order tests, and prepare specimens for send-out.Maintain accurate patient records and accounts.Manage inventory of office and clinical supplies and reorder as needed.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a skilled, caring professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality patient experiences.Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office required.Phlebotomy skills required.Current CPR/BLS certification required.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.Adherence to all policies, HIPAA regulations, safety, and sanitation standards.Certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) preferred.Infertility or OB/GYN office experience preferred.ScheduleThis is a full-time position based in St. Louis, MO.
