Responsibilities

• Answer and direct high-volume calls with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate surgery scheduling and authorizations.
• Take accurate messages and relay them promptly to the appropriate staff.
• Prepare charge slips and accurately document patient charge tickets.
• Pull, file, and manage patient charts.
• Handle general office tasks including filing, faxing, copying, and scanning.
• Assist medical and administrative staff with day-to-day operations.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to every patient and visitor.
• Rotate between front desk check-in and switchboard responsibilities as needed.

The Role

FSAC is a fast-paced, high-volume fertility medical office located in Thousand Oaks, CA. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our close-knit team of office team of 4 total members. You’ll be a vital part of the patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors or picks up the phone — and your warmth, accuracy, and professionalism will make a real difference in some of the most meaningful moments of our patients’ lives.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or higher

• Ability to problem-solve and use sound judgment in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person position working out of Thousand Oaks, CA. The schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (some days being 7:00am-3:30pm) with 1 Saturday per month and rotating holidays.
