Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) invites qualified candidates to join our Patient Services team as a Dental Receptionist. This front-desk role handles scheduling, phones, patient registration, and coordination for interpreters and referrals.

You will support insurance processes, pre-authorizations, records requests, and general office duties, contributing to welcoming, efficient care in a mission-driven community health setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience as a receptionist in a medical or dental office setting.

Responsibilities

• Reception, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and arranging interpreters for services.
• Registering patients, assisting with insurance, pre-authorization applications, processing requests for records, referrals, and other general front desk duties.

Job Summary

The Patient Services Representative - Dental provides a variety of clerical and office support services including: reception, answering phones, scheduling appointments, arranging interpreters for services needed, registering patients, assisting with insurance, sliding fee, pre-authorization applications, processing request for records, referral, and other general office duties as assigned.

Education

Experience

One (1) year experience as a receptionist in a medical and or dental office setting.
