Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) in the Seattle area is seeking a Patient Services Representative - Dental to provide clerical and front desk support. The role involves greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, arranging interpreters, registering patients, and assisting with insurance and sliding fee applications.

Additionally, you will process pre-authorization requests, handle records and referrals, and perform other general office duties as assigned to keep

Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience – One (1) year experience as a receptionist in a medical and/or dental office setting.
