The Patient Services Representative - Dental provides a variety of clerical and office support services including: reception, answering phones, scheduling appointments, arranging interpreters for services needed, registering patients, assisting with insurance, sliding fee, pre-authorization applications, processing request for records, referral, and other general office duties as assigned.
Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience - One (1) year experience as a receptionist in a dental office setting; bi-lingual, English and a second language preferred.
