Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) in Seattle is seeking a Patient Services Representative - Dental to provide essential clerical and front desk support. You will greet patients, manage the phone, help with scheduling, and coordinate interpreters to ensure access to care for diverse communities.

The role supports insurance processing, sliding fee arrangements, and records requests, contributing to a team-based, compassionate environment at a nationally recognized community health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of receptionist experience in a medical and/or dental office setting.

Responsibilities

• Reception and answering phones.

Job Summary

The Patient Services Representative - Dental provides a variety of clerical and office support services including: reception, answering phones, scheduling appointments, arranging interpreters for services needed, registering patients, assisting with insurance, sliding fee, pre-authorization applications, processing request for records, referral, and other general office duties as assigned.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

One (1) year experience as a receptionist in a medical and/or dental office setting.
