International Community Health Services (ICHS) seeks a Patient Services Representative - Dental to provide clerical and front-desk support: reception, phones, scheduling, patient registration, insurance assistance, and related office duties. We foster a team-based approach with respect, collaboration and compassion across the clinic, serving diverse communities in the Seattle region.

Education: high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of dental office receptionist experience; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones; schedule appointments and registrations.
• Assist with insurance, sliding fee, pre-authorization and referrals.
• Handle general office duties and records processing.

The Patient Services Representative - Dental provides a variety of clerical and office support services including: reception, answering phones, scheduling appointments, arranging interpreters for services needed, registering patients, assisting with insurance, sliding fee, pre-authorization applications, processing request for records, referral, and other general office duties as assigned.
Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience – One (1) year experience as a receptionist in a dental office setting; bi-lingual, English and a second language preferred.
