Job summary

BrightView is seeking a patient-facing front desk associate in Dayton, OH to serve as the initial contact for inquiries and scheduling. You will handle problem-solving for patient issues, process payments, and coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth follow-up and documentation across systems.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting while maintaining regulatory compliance and accurate patient records.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of front desk experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service-centric approach.
  • Empathy and compassion for supporting patients’ recovery journeys.
  • Ability to work with diverse colleagues and patients.
  • Problem-solving ability and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office software (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.) preferred.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and 42-CFR Part 2 desired.

  • Operate multiple systems for communication and documentation.
  • Follow BrightView’s compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
