Qualifications

• Proficiency with standard office software and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients professionally and warmly.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and support clinic staff as needed.
• Liaise between patients, clinical staff, and departments to smooth patient transitions.
