Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules imaging modalities accurately and gathers clinical details.
• Greet patients and visitors, provide directions, and maintain a welcoming environment.

• Verifies insurance coverage, authorizations, billing info, and payer rules.
• Assists patients with registration and check-in.
• Communicates updates to patients and staff.
• Identifies operational concerns and suggests solutions.
• Maintains accurate patient records per quality and safety standards.
• Supports training and teamwork; shares knowledge with PSR staff.
• Monitors supplies, deliveries, and cash reconciliations.
