Carle Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative 1 for Hoopeston, IL. The role focuses on patient check-in/out, scheduling, charge posting, and cash management while maintaining a positive patient experience.

You will coordinate daily clinic prep, verify eligibility, and assist with prior authorizations. This position may require shift coverage across Hoopeston and Danville locations, with potential for on-call duties.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Mandatory insurance training and ongoing competency refreshers.
• Ability to initiate and secure prior authorizations as needed.
• Experience with daily clinic preparation, patient check in/out, scheduling, and cash handling.

• Manage charge posting, cash handling, and patient registrations with accuracy.
