Job summary

• Explain financial responsibilities and assist with billing inquiries.
• Refer patients to Financial Advocates as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate reminders.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional environment with strong customer service.
• Operate EPIC EMR and other clinical systems.
