Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains clerical aspects of medical records.
• Performs accurate registration interviews and data entry for new and existing patients.
• Maintains appointment scheduling and directs messages to appropriate staff.
• Keys patient dispositions, codes, orders, charges and payments in the EMR.
• Provides excellent customer service to patients and families and coordinates care as part of the team.
