• Enter all patient information into the EHR and billing software; file and scan documents.
• Maintain and file patient records per regulatory requirements.
• Provide patient records to other providers upon authorization.
• Log payments and cash receipts and manage the cash drawer during shifts.
• Maintain accurate billing records and payer information.
