Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and handle registration tasks, including consents and financial paperwork.
• Answer phones and assist patients with inquiries in a customer-service oriented manner.
• Conduct documentation audits for medical necessity and payor requirements.
• Schedule outpatient appointments and obtain prior authorization as needed.
• Educate patients on pre/post-exam requirements and organize reminders and recall letters.
• Maintain and organize medical records; ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Handle office correspondence and assist staff meetings.
