Responsibilities

• Handle high volume calls via phone, fax, email, and other channels with accuracy.
• Onboard new staff to standard operating processes and explain services and tools.
• Update patients on status of referrals and authorizations.
• Direct patients to appropriate providers and schedule/cancel appointments.
