The ideal candidate has an AA degree, 3+ years in healthcare, and strong organizational skills. Four 10-hour shifts weekly, promoting continuity across clinics.

Qualifications

• AA degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in a healthcare setting, outpatient clinic preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check them in/out, and direct them to departments or waiting areas.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of offices and waiting areas.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and forms; coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Assist with appointment reminders and sharing test results with patients.
• Follow HIPAA and clinic policies in all admin activities.
