Job summary

Harmony United Psychiatric Care in Hallandale Beach, FL is seeking an Office Assistant Float for the outpatient clinic. This full-time role supports multiple offices, greets patients, handles check-ins, calls, and coordinates with departments to keep the front office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check in/out, direct them to appropriate departments or waiting areas.
• Accept inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients.
• Ensure front office spaces and waiting areas are clean and organized.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and medical forms; coordinate maintenance.
• Assist with appointment reminders and communication of test results.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all administrative activities.

We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits through a secure online telehealth platform.Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. Qualification

Responsibilities

• Giving coverage in time of need to offices in South Florida with base location at Hallandale Beach office.
• Greet patients, check them in/out, and direct them to appropriate departments or waiting areas
• Accepting in bound calls and making outbound calls to the patients
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of office spaces and waiting areas
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and medical forms, coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment
• Assist in communicating appointment reminders, test results, and other pertinent information to patients
• Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA) in all administrative activities

Work Schedule

• Four 10hrs shifts per week (Monday - Thursday)
