Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist - Floater in Northville, MI for a 4-month contract with an on-site schedule. The role entails drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for labs, and maintaining patient confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties per procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture to ensure accuracy.
