Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills; able to follow established procedures accurately.
• Flexible to cover multiple locations and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Collect and process venipuncture and capillary samples following procedures.
• Verify patient demographic info and labeling of tubes post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation; uphold confidentiality.
