Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist III–Floater for our Grand Blanc, MI location. The role involves drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing while maintaining patient trust and safety.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years phlebotomy experience, and preferred phlebotomy certification. Strong data entry and customer service skills are expected in a PSC/IOP environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain a trustworthy, calm atmosphere.
• Demonstrate leadership and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Perform daily activities under supervision, ensuring a safe, professional environment.
