Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.

• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
• State of Credentials Licenses Required: Graduated Phlebotomist certification.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients who come in for health routine visits or insights into health decisions.
• Draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
• Maintains a trustworthy, confidential atmosphere while explaining procedures and drawing blood safely and accurately.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and accuracy of patient information.
• Performs daily activities accurately under supervision, maintains records, and promotes a positive image to patients and staff.
