Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Reception Trainer in Downers Grove, IL to support onboarding, training and ongoing staff development. The role involves organizing training materials, updating handbooks, and ensuring front-end staff maintain competencies and standard workflows.

The trainer will participate in quality control activities, observe staff performance, and retrain as needed, traveling to Chicagoland offices as required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in training, patient services, or EPIC is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist department trainer with onboarding, training, continuing education and retraining.
• Help organize training materials and on-site training.
• Assist with quality monitoring, improvement, and complex issue resolution.
• Oversee orientation for new reception staff and ongoing development.
• Develop/update training course materials and handbooks.
