Fort Jesse Imaging Center is hiring a Business Office Specialist I for a full-time day shift at our outpatient imaging center in Normal, IL. You will be part of a patient-focused team, handling patient coordination, registration, scheduling, and front-office duties.

Starting pay is $19/hour with shift differential, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, FSA, and 401(k) with company match. Training is provided for entry-level candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to provide accurate and concise documentation.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to process 80-100 calls per day.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and registering patients.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and appointments.
• Handle phone correspondence and calls (80–100/day).
• Assist with inventory and medical records management.
• Supervise lower-level staff as you advance in the career ladder.
