Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient registration, scheduling, pre-certifications, authorizations and referrals preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle quality patient scheduling and maintain positive telephone etiquette.
• Serve as the front-line contact for all incoming patients.
• Greet, register, schedule, collect copays, and provide general information to patients and families using AIDET.
• Act as patient’s non-clinical navigator during discharge coordination.
