Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges and provides closure to all customer needs in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintains effective communication with all members of the health care team.
• Checks patients in and out following standard operating processes, including management of forms and directing patients.
• Schedules and reschedules all patient appointments across office and clinical settings.
• Answers incoming calls and takes necessary action.
• Maintains provider schedules as directed by the manager.
• Keeps logs and attends required meetings and training as needed.
• Maintains inventory of office supplies and orders as needed.
• Directs patients to Central Business Office for billing inquiries.
