Boyer Children’s Clinic in Seattle, WA is hiring an Office Support Specialist to help our offices run smoothly. You will greet visitors, answer calls, enter client information into our electronic medical records system, and maintain files.

The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 0–1 year clerical experience preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. We offer a collaborative, flexible work environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
• Up to 1 year of clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer calls/messages to provide information.
• Enter client information into the electronic medical records system and maintain files.
• Coordinate information exchange with agencies/vendors and arrange transportation.
• Work with Office Manager and front desk to support department success.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
