Job summary

University HealthCare Alliance is seeking a PSR III to join Stanford Medicine Partners’ care team. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and manage telephone communications while supporting staff training and project initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years in PSR or related roles; EPIC experience is preferred. Located within the Stanford Medicine Partners network with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of PSR or related experience required.
• Graduate of a Medical Receptionist training program, healthcare experience, or related preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, register them, review insurance coverage and eligibility, and manage scheduling and telephone calls.
• Perform PSR I and II duties and assist in staff training development.
• Serve as a resource for staff and provide feedback to supervisors.
