Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Patient Services Supervisor to lead the Food & Nutrition Services Department within a healthcare setting. You will ensure a smooth operation and deliver an exceptional patient experience as part of a five-person supervisor team reporting to the Patient Services Manager.

The role focuses on managing the patient tray line, diet office, and dish room, overseeing meal preparation and delivery for about 750 to 800 meals per service period

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of food service experience.
• Experience in healthcare, restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military food service, or related hospitality environments preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with patients, staff, leadership, and clients.
• Understanding of food service operations, including quality, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, coaching, and team management skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of the Patient Services team including the patient tray line, diet office, and dish room.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff to evaluate patient meal selections, tray accuracy, delivery timeliness, and tray retrieval processes.
• Address and resolve patient concerns or service issues promptly, escalating matters when necessary.
• Support all food service operations related to patient meal assembly and delivery, including quality assurance, sanitation, infection control, and compliance with facility standards.
• Monitor workflow, ensure operational efficiency, and promote a positive team environment.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
