Responsibilities

• Performs front desk duties as needed when staffing requires.
• Maintain clean, professional front office appearance.
• Ensure accurate registration and successful collections; coordinate with management for improvements.
• Manage patient check-in/check-out flow and address delays or questions.
• Provide weekly reports on provider schedules to management.
• Handle patient questions and resolve concerns; de-escalate as needed.
