Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of healthcare front desk, patient services, registration, or related experience.
• Familiarity with insurance plans, verification, time-of-service collections, check-in/out, and scheduling of services preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office applications, and EMR systems required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk and patient services operations for the assigned clinic location.
• Provide site-level oversight, training, and mentorship to Patient Services Coordinators.
• Greet, check in/out patients; maintain waiting area; manage deliveries; support visitor screening.
• Verify and update patient insurance/demographics; obtain referrals when applicable; post payments.
• Process co-pays, balances, deposits, daily collections, and deposits with accuracy.
• Assist patients with billing questions and account balances in collaboration with Billing Customer Service.
