Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of healthcare front desk or patient services experience.
• Familiarity with insurance verification, time-of-service collections, check-in/check-out, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with computers, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front desk and patient services operations at the clinic.
• Provide site-level oversight, training, mentorship, and support to Patient Services Coordinators.
• Greet, check in, and check out patients; maintain waiting area cleanliness.
• Verify insurance and demographics; collect payments and post deposits; schedule follow-ups.
• Assist patients with billing questions and accounts receivable concerns.
• Complete daily schedule scrub activities and coordinate balance sheets.
• Maintain facility appearance and coordinate deliveries.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA and policy compliance; liaise with leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to support patient satisfaction and service quality.
