Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an Assistant Patient Services Co-ordinator to sit at the heart of patient administration. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, support the Patient Services Co-ordinator and Business Managers, and foster collaborative working with outpatient admin, phlebotomy and nursing teams.

You will lead a busy team, balance priorities, ensure compliance with health and safety and data protection, and contribute to service improvements.

Formación

• GCSE or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to undergo personal development and learn new skills.
• Experience in staff management including recruitment and retention.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email tools.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the busy patient administration team.
