Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist at our Portland, ME outpatient center. You will greet patients, register them, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and coordinate with insurers and providers to help ensure a smooth visit experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• 1 year of front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys offices, insurance companies, and translation services as needed.
• Collect co-pays and manage payer approvals and verifications.
