Valley Health System is seeking a front desk professional to support the Practice and staff. You will perform check-in/check-out and other essential services under the direction of the Practice Manager.

Requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months of customer service or data entry experience. Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality are essential in a fast-paced healthcare environment at Luckow Pavilion.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service or data entry/clerical experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in office management, databases, or business.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Performs front desk duties including check-in and check-out as directed by Practice Manager.
• Supports practice staff and rotates to other VMG locations as needed.
• Maintains professionalism, courtesy, and patient/customer satisfaction.
