Valley Health System is seeking an Evening Front Desk Specialist for the Dumont Center to perform front desk duties, check-in/out patients, and support the practice staff. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of customer service/clerical experience along with computer literacy and strong communication skills.

Candidates should have excellent interpersonal abilities, maintain patient confidentiality, and be able to manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with coursework in office management, database management or business.
• Six months of customer service/administrative/clerical experience required.
• Computer literacy required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties including checking in and out and directing patients.
• Provide supportive services to Practice Manager and medical staff.
• Rotate to other VMG locations as needed.
