ConvenientMD is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our clinics in New England. You will greet patients, handle registration, and collect payments while supporting a smooth, patient-focused workflow.

You’ll interact with the team, manage registrations, answer calls, and use EMR software. The role emphasizes confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in a busy clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proactive and confident communicator.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Technically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors at the clinic.
• Register patients and update records accurately.
• Collect payments, insurance co-pays, and charges.
• Coordinate with clinical team for smooth patient flow and scheduling.
• Manage front desk tasks: phones, reception area, and daily logs.
• Familiarize with CMD services and software systems for scheduling and EMR.
